Fire Prevention Week 2008 |

| Child Care Plus was happy to have the firemen from the Washington Fire Department visit our school to talk to the children about fire safety. The firemen brought a special "house" with them that all the children could sit in. After watching a short film on fire safety, the children were able to see the fireman in his protective gear. The firemen showed the children what to do in a fire. After the presentation, the children were able to try on the fireman's gear and practice a fire drill from the "house" that starts to fill with "smoke"! | ||||||||
